一、訂購說明 Order Information
您於本網站完成訂單即視為同意購買該商品。
By completing an order on this website, you agree to purchase the items.訂單成立以付款成功為準，若付款未完成，訂單將不成立。
Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment. Unpaid orders will not be processed.禧香坊保留接受或拒絕訂單的權利。
smilensmell reserves the right to accept or reject any order.
二、付款方式 Payment Methods
支援信用卡、LINE Pay、超商付款、銀行轉帳等多種支付方式。
Supports credit card, LINE Pay, convenience store payment, bank transfer, and other methods.付款過程中若發生任何問題，請即時聯絡客服協助處理。
Please contact customer service promptly if any payment issues occur.
三、運送與出貨 Shipping and Delivery
商品將於付款完成後1–2個工作天內出貨，特殊節日或預購商品另行公告。
Products will be shipped within 1–2 business days after payment. Holiday periods or pre-orders may have extended shipping times.運送方式包括宅配到府與超商取貨，配送時間依選擇方式而異。
Delivery options include home courier and convenience store pickup, with delivery times varying accordingly.請務必填寫正確收件資訊，若因地址錯誤導致退件，將由買方負擔再次運費。
Please provide accurate shipping information. Additional shipping fees will be charged for returns due to incorrect address.
四、退換貨政策 Return and Exchange Policy
本公司提供7天鑑賞期（非試用期），商品須保持完整包裝且未使用，方可申請退換貨。
We offer a 7-day appreciation period (not a trial period). Products must be unopened and unused to qualify for returns or exchanges.因個人因素（如不喜歡香味）退貨，運費由買方負擔。
Return shipping fees due to personal preference (e.g., dislike of scent) are borne by the buyer.商品本身瑕疵或錯誤出貨，禧香坊將負擔退換貨運費。
smilensmell will cover return shipping fees for defective or incorrect items.請於收到商品7天內聯絡客服申請，逾期將無法受理。
Please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product to request returns or exchanges. Late requests will not be accepted.
五、責任限制 Limitation of Liability
禧香坊盡力確保商品品質及資訊正確，但因天然材料差異，香味可能略有不同，屬正常現象。
smilensmell strives to ensure product quality and accuracy of information, but slight scent variations due to natural materials are normal.對於因使用商品導致的任何直接或間接損害，禧香坊不負任何法律責任。
smilensmell is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from product use.如因不可抗力因素（天災、疫情、運輸延誤等）造成的損失，恕不負責。
We are not responsible for losses caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or shipping delays.
